People often ask me, "Doc, how do you treat animals if they can't speak?" The truth is, their eyes and tail wags tell me everything. While human patients can talk about their pain, I have to figure out what's wrong by watching how animals move, cry, or act. Some days are heartbreaking—like treating a stray hit by a car or a sick pet. But when a critical patient finally gets better and wags their tail, all my tiredness disappears. Of course, losing a patient is the hardest part. We don't just give medicine; we truly care for them. If your pet looks sad or sick, please don't ignore it.
